At feasibility stage, we’ll work with you to produce sketch schemes and budget costs to help you secure funding. We can then progress the scheme, producing multiple options for you to consider, and work through the value management process with you, if you wish.
Once a final option has been determined, we will work up planning drawings to form a comprehensive construction package, including detailed design, phasing drawings and specifications. These can then be submitted for building regulations approval and issued for tender.
We have a wealth of experience submitting planning applications, listed building applications and scheduled monument applications. And we have worked with Network Rail and the Environment Agency and are fully conversant with the various approvals they require.
During the construction process, we can operate for clients in both a project management role and as a technical and design support to the contractor. The whole process in open and collaborative, not just in-house and with our clients but also with any third party designers.
