Meet Keira joined INVVU as a work experience student at the age of 15, eager to learn more about the construction industry and gain hands-on experience. Her enthusiasm, professionalism and willingness to get involved quickly made a positive impression on the team.
Following her work experience placement, Keira returned to INVVU as part of her T Level industry placement, where she continued to demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to learning. Throughout her time with the business, she has consistently embraced new challenges, developing her skills and confidence while becoming a valued member of the team.
Today, Keira is an Apprentice Project Manager at INVVU. Her journey from work experience student to full-time employee is a testament to her dedication, hard work and potential.
